Mojo was purchased out of Oklahoma as a 6 month old, born in December of 2021 out of a 14.2hh Jennet and 16hh Jack. As of his 3rd birthday, he stands a solid 14.2hh with much more room to grow. Mojo is a solid, large boned black Donkey with gorgeous contrasting white points and strong, correct conformation. His demeanor is hard to beat- Kind, intelligent, sensible, calm, and obedient. When faced with decisions, Mojo not only thinks but puts his trust into his handler as well. Mojo is trained to ride undersaddle and has proven to a phenomenal saddle donkey - quickly picking up on cues and hitting the trails within days of being started under saddle. He willingly keeps up with the quarter horses on trail rides and is a gentleman about riding near mares.

Mojo's first foal crop (2025) was extraordinary! Every single foal hit the ground wanting to be best friends with humans. Clients have raved about how their Mojo foals naturally accept being touched all over without any fuss and how friendly they are as soon as they're born. Each foal seems to be stamped with Mojo's beautiful, refined head. strong back, and personable, easy going, friendly personality. We suspect Mojo's foals will go far both in the show ring or out in a working environment if given the chance.
