Meet Chip, lovingly named from the little dots on his face that reminded us of sweet yummy chocolate chips in a cookie! This unique colt was born to our registered Appaloosa mare, Sunny, who decided she enjoyed the company of the buckskin Gypsy Vanner more than the mammoth jack that she was originally supposed to be bred to. After nearly a year from the night she decided to be sneaky and have fun, Sunny blessed us with this oddly, but fun pintaloosa marked colt!

Chip is full of personality. He displays a lot of the stereotypical "appaloosa stubborness" which in my opinion is just him being smarter than the rest of us. He has a little voice that says, "Why should I? Are ya really gonna make me?" but after a little bit of convincing, he comes right around!

I imagine Chip will be a very beautiful colt when he is grown as both his sire and dam have wonderful manes, bone, and personalities. He gets thicker by the day- his hindquarters are thick and strong and his head is small and attractive.

Chip will have all of his baby basics met before he heads off to his new home- this includes haltering, tying, leading, backing, picking up his hooves, loading/unloading on a trailer, accepting being touched all over, respecting space, stalling, living in a herd setting, and doing some fun obstacles. He will be exposed to the works: Tractors, dogs, chickens, mules, donkeys, children, strangers, ATVs, and more.

Chip can be held until weaning with a 20% nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract.
